Facility Rental

Parties
There are 4 different packages available for Parties at Head 2 Head Games:
n00b (Bronze) Party:
  • 90 minutes on computers or consoles
  • 30 minutes in the birthday party room
  • Can of pop for each participant
  • Birthday person receives 1 hour time card

    • Cost: $8 per person
    Gamer (Silver) Party:
  • 2 hours on computers or consoles
  • 1 hour in the birthday party room
  • can of pop & bag of chips for each participant
  • Birthday person receives 2 hour time card

    • Cost: $10 per person
    L337 (Gold) Party:
  • 3 hours on computers or consoles
  • 1 hour in the birthday party room
  • 7" sub, can of pop & bag of chips for each participant
  • Birthday person receives 5 hour time card

    • Cost: $15 per person
    Guru (Platinum)Party:
  • 5 hours on computers or consoles
  • 1 hour in the birthday party room
  • 12" sub, 2 cans of pop & bag of chips for each participant
  • Birthday person receives 5 hour time card

    • Cost: $20 per person

    LAN Room
    LAN Room Details:

    Space:
    The LAN room will hold 30 - 35 people. Tables and chairs are available for all participants.

    Equipment:
    Switches, cables and the Internet are provided for all participants. Monitors and TV's can be rented at the following rates:
    19" CRT Monitor: $10
    27" TV: $10
    32" TV: $15

    Availability:
    The LAN room is available for rental from 8 pm to 11 am most days. As the room is also used for Birthday parties, so start and end times will vary upon the day.

    Cost:
    The room can be rented for 12 hours at a time for a cost of $100. 50% deposit is required upon reservation

    • Gaming Area bookings require 7 days notice
    • Party room bookings require 48 hours Notice
